Delivery / Self-pickup
- Orders are shipped by a courier company with door-to-door delivery within 5-7 business days.
- The shipping cost is 40 ILS or an additional/different cost as stated on the product page and/or after adding the product to the cart.
- For orders over 400 ILS, shipping is free* except for furniture and/or exceptionally large items. Please pay attention to what is stated in the item description on the product page.

Self-pickup - You can pick up your order from one of our stores. During the order process, please select the shipping method: self-pickup from the store.
When choosing self-pickup, no shipping fees will be charged.

Exchanges and Returns
- Exchanges and returns are accepted up to 14 days from the date of receiving the product/self-collection.
- Only unused, undamaged, and unwashed products will be accepted, in their original packaging, with the tag, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
- The product must be returned physically to the Ein Vered store or via courier. We will arrange the courier collection for you (contact us for arrangements).
- Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are borne by the customer.
- Please note: It is not possible to exchange and/or return plant items, perfumes, and scent diffusers of any kind, without exception. This is a standing policy due to the nature and sensitivity of these products.
- Stained products cannot be returned even if 14 days have not passed since the product was received. The company is not responsible for stains caused by the use of active ingredients such as creams, dyes, or bleaching agents.

After payment and order confirmation, product delivery takes approximately 5 to 7 business days, with the exception of special products for which the specific delivery time will be stated in the product description. Please note that you must be available by phone and pay attention to SMS messages for delivery date coordination. In cases where the customer is not available by phone or SMS, the delivery time will be extended accordingly.
