Product Warranty – Fine Lab

At Fine Lab , we are committed to the quality of all our products, with the goal of providing our customers with a pleasant, reliable and accurate buying and using experience. Each item is carefully selected as part of a design concept that respects natural materials, handcrafting and a high standard of finish.

What does the warranty include?
The warranty covers defects due to manufacturing defects or defects in the material from which the product is made that were not caused by use.
In any event of such defect, Fine Lab will replace, repair or send the product for examination, at its sole discretion.

Conditions and clarifications:

  • The warranty is only given to customers who present proof of purchase .

  • It is the customer's responsibility to check the integrity of the product before initial use.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to verify the quality of the product, its features, dimensions, and suitability for their needs prior to use.

What does the warranty not include?

  • Natural wear and tear from regular use

  • Tears that are not in the suture

  • Damage resulting from improper use, treatment that does not comply with the manufacturer's instructions, usage or washing instructions.

  • Contact with chemicals

  • Accidents, malicious damage or weather conditions

  • Repairs, modifications or work performed by a party not authorized by Fine Lab

Additional clarifications:

  • A deviation of up to 5% in size or color is not considered a defect.

  • Handmade products or products made from natural materials may include slight differences between units – these are not a defect but part of the unique nature of the product.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to return the product to Fine Lab's main store according to and in accordance with the company's request.
