Shipping times and costs
Orders are shipped by a courier company with a courier to your home. The shipping cost is 40 NIS or an additional cost as indicated on the product page or at the time of ordering. For orders over 400 NIS, shipping is free* except for items of unusual size - as indicated in the item description on the product page.
An order placed by 10:00 AM will be shipped the same day and will arrive at its new home within approximately 5 business days. An order placed after 10:00 AM will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed during holidays and/or difficult weather, security conditions, or to particularly remote and problematic locations, kibbutzim and moshavim on the edge of the country, or those of unusual size, may experience delays in shipping times of approximately 7 business days. Business day - begins counting from the first day after order confirmation that is not: Friday, Saturday, holiday eve, holiday, Chol Hamoed, Memorial Day, Shabbat, Election Day.
Delays in delivery times may occur during severe weather conditions, wars, epidemics, holidays and sales days, end-of-season promotions and special sales (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.).
There are products whose shipping cost is higher than usual due to their size and/or weight. Also, naturally, these items do not participate in promotions such as "free shipping". The shipping cost for these products will be provided by phone after ordering.
Self-pickup
Want to come visit us at the store nearest you and pick up your purchase yourself? No problem, we'd be happy to!
You can pick up your order from one of our stores - free of charge.
During the ordering process, you must select the shipping method: Self-pickup from the store. When choosing self-pickup from the store, no shipping fees will be charged .

Returns, Exchanges and Credits
Have you regretted it? No problem. You can return any product, for any reason and without any questions (except those intended to make you satisfied and us improve), under the following conditions:
The product must be returned within 14 days of the date of self-collection, or receipt of the shipment, to our store in Ein Vered.
The return or exchange of the product will be done via courier at the original shipping cost, we will coordinate the delivery to collect the product for you (contact us for coordination). You can of course also arrive with the product independently by prior arrangement.
The shipping cost upon return/exchange - applies to the customer (40 NIS for shipping or an exceptional shipping cost), except in exceptional cases where the responsibility for the product applies to us, such as breakage, an error in the order, etc.
Only unused, undamaged, and unwashed products will be accepted, in their original packaging, with the label, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
The customer will bear the cost of shipping the product he wishes to return or exchange. The initial shipping costs according to the original transaction will not be refunded.
The credit for a returned product is a full monetary credit that will be returned to the payment method used to make the purchase. The credit will be made after the product has been returned to us, inspected, and found to be in good condition.
It should be emphasized that in the exceptional case of a product defect, or an error in the order caused by us, the issue will be handled by us as soon as possible and at no additional cost.
In the event of cancellation of a transaction made by credit card - the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the original transaction or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741 - 1981.
A stained product cannot be returned even if 14 days have not passed since the product was received. The company is not responsible for stains that occur as a result of the use of active ingredients such as creams, dyes or bleaching agents.
Please note: It is not possible to exchange or return vegetation items, of any type and without exception.
This is a permanent policy that stems from the nature and sensitivity of the product.
An item with a manufacturing defect (such as a sewing defect, stain, or hole) will be replaced with a new identical product upon return of the defective product within 30 days of purchase and with proof of purchase.
