Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. The purpose of this privacy statement is to state what information we collect from you when you use our website services and to explain how we use it.

The privacy statement is written in the masculine gender but is intended for both genders.

Contact Form

After filling out and submitting the contact form on the site, the information will be stored on the site. No additional information will be stored about you, including identifying the location from which the form was submitted.

Cookies

When you log in to the site, we will place cookies in your browser to save your login information and the display preferences you use.

If you select the “Remember me” option, your login information will be saved for one year. If you choose to log out of your account, the cookie will be removed from your browser.

Newsletter

If you choose to subscribe to the newsletter service on the site, we will occasionally send you offers and marketing content regarding promotions and benefits on the site. For this purpose, we will store your email address on the site.

When you register, you authorize us to send you the newsletter. If you choose to remove yourself from the service, we will delete your email address from the mailing list.

Placing an order on the website

When you place an order on the site, we will collect the following information about you: name (first and last name), email address, phone number, billing and shipping address (if different from the billing address), company name and account password (if you choose to open a user account on the site).

If you do not provide the above information, you will not be able to make a purchase on the site.

Payment and order processing

After filling in the relevant details on the order form (details in the previous section), you will pay for the items you ordered.

To make the payment, we use third-party companies to process the transfer: Paypal and PeleCard.

The payment will be processed by the payment provider you choose by going to one of the payment processing companies (PeleCard or Paypal).

The processing companies retain your personal information as well as the details of the payment method you choose to use to make the transfer, in accordance with their privacy agreements.

We do not collect or store your credit card details or information regarding your Paypal account.

Who we share information with

Google Analytics

We use the Google Analytics platform to analyze user activity on our website.

For the purpose of performing the above analysis, Google Analytics uses cookies. Additional information regarding the cookies used by Google Analytics and the time at which they will be deleted from the browser can be found here . The information we collect in Google Analytics is not deleted and we use it to plan our business strategy and to optimize the browsing experience on the site.

The information we collect is processed anonymously and the “Data sharing” option is disabled in the website’s Google Analytics profile. We do not use additional Google services in conjunction with the information collected by Google Analytics.

Mailchimp

We use the Mailchimp service to send newsletters on the site. Mailchimp is the world's largest newsletter delivery service and as such has made adjustments to comply with GDPR regulations.

We store your email address in Mailchimp as well as the name you provide when registering for the newsletter.

Facebook

We use Facebook to better understand the users who browse our website.

Using this information helps us improve the product offerings and promotions we offer our customers. You can change your privacy settings on Facebook at any time.

We may use Facebook to show you relevant content and ads or to analyze website traffic.

The time we keep information on the site

If you register on the site, we will store the information you provide in the registration form.

All users registered on the site have the option to delete their user account or edit the details registered therein (except for changing the username).

Site administrators (Admins) can see the details of users registered on the site and edit the details registered in them.

Information regarding the placement of orders: We retain information regarding the placement of an order on the site for a minimum period of 6 years after the end of the year in which the order was placed.

Correspondence and emails: If you choose to send a request to the site via the “Contact Us” form and/or by sending an email, we will retain your request for the entire time required to complete the next treatment and for an additional 6 months after the treatment has been completed. After the aforementioned period, we will delete your request.

The rights you have regarding the information stored on the website ( GDPR )

If you are browsing from one of the European Union (EU) countries and have an account on the site, you have the right to request a copy of the information stored about you on the site. In addition, you can request that we delete the information we store about you. The information that will be deleted does not include information that we need for administrative, legal or security purposes.

How we protect your information

We have implemented and continue to implement a number of measures designed to minimize the chance that information will be leaked and/or lost as a result of access by parties who do not have authorization to do so.

The above measures do not guarantee complete protection of the collected information, but we do our best to prevent this situation (loss, leakage or corruption of information).

  • Sharing the collected information only at the minimum level required and only with those parties who have received permission to do so and subject to their privacy restrictions. If the information shared with them is anonymous and cannot be used to identify any particular surfer.

  • Confession of the identity of parties requesting access to information stored on the site.
  • Using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol and additional encryption measures to secure orders placed on our website.

In case of information leak

In the unfortunate event that an information leak is discovered on our site, we will notify the affected users within 72 hours of the date of discovery of the leak, and we will also notify the relevant authorities and entities.
